XAIYEN Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your XAIYEN purchase. Please review your order carefully, including the product, color, and size, before completing your purchase.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original tags attached.

Because certain XAIYEN products are produced or customized specifically after an order is placed, some made-to-order or personalized items may not be eligible for returns due to incorrect size selection, color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
