Order Processing

Most XAIYEN products are made or prepared after an order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
